The student’s wellbeing is central to the Transition Year programme. The focus is on physical and mental wellbeing is central to all aspects of the programme. Students take part in Tai Chi and Yoga in their Activities programme. Students assist in the running of Positive mental health week. They also attend a number of talks dealing with mental health as well as well as a bread-making workshop.
